Spotlght on Paul John CTS - Gosport

After serving in the Royal Navy as a communicator for 22 years I hit Civvie Street in September 2000 looking to work in the IT industry. Over the following three years I built up my experience in a variety of ways, so that by the time I was made redundant in 2003 I had the confidence to go it alone. I wanted to set up a computer business and came across Computer Troubleshooters on the internet. It appealed to me because it was a relatively low cost franchise and when I checked it out I was impressed by the enthusiasm of other franchisee’s. With the backing and support of my wife Pauline and children Daniel and Ceri I felt confident to give it a go.
And so : Computer Troubleshooters – Gosport was born in November 2003

If there is one thing that having to make your own money teaches you, it’s getting out there and selling yourself and your capabilities.

Recently my 20 yr old son Daniel has joined me in the business. Daniel has always shown an aptitude for computers and is provingto be a big asset.

We have recently opened a service centre as seen in the above photograph and business keeps going from strength to strength.

He is an Accredited Consultant for the Business Support Service of the Isle of Man Department of Trade and Industry. Nick come from a background of Marketing , we are sure this combination is a recipe for success.

Kevin Belk will operate as CTS - Wigan , Kevin's experience is mainly of the installation and administering networks on NT4, W2K etc. His last role was as IT Manager for the UK office of the American International Group (AIG).
